I started my journey with Claire around 8 months ago as my health was in a bad place and I had a number of health issues I wanted to work on where previous support hadn’t really helped. The initial process was very straightforward and so thorough! Claire has incredible, knowledge, insight and coaching skills that totally put me at ease. She approached health and nutrition in a very clear and understandable way. I had no idea what a balanced diet really was let alone how that could impact and improve my health. Within a few short weeks, I was immediately beginning to see the benefits of her advice and guidance in a way that other healthcare approaches previously did not present.
Claire is very supportive and understanding and very clear about how to go about making transformational change real and at times, very simple. I have had to make many changes to my diet and lifestyle but all of them were gradual and with each step, she illustrated the potential benefits which were wholly accurate. All of the advice and guidance I have received has been extremely professional and helpful and I am now very much on the way to peak fitness and health. The medial conditions I had been suffering with have almost disappeared. One condition in particular has flare ups every couple of years and as a direct result of following a clear dietary plan, health coaching and better lifestyle choices, the recent flare up was almost non-existent and very brief! I feel totally valued at all times and am motivated to continue improving my health through nutritional advice and health coaching. When I have struggled, Claire is very patient, supportive and understanding to enable me to move forward. The food I eat these days is so much better too!
I can’t thank her enough for all of the work she has put into my case and would highly recommend her, particularly if your current approach has not worked or only temporarily relieves symptoms. ‘By extreme good fortune, I was put in touch with Claire who is now my Health and Wellness Coach - although I think I prefer advisor as ‘coach’ seems to have connotations of someone pushing you harder than you want to go. With Claire, there is no pressure, only a willing ear and sensible practical guidance.
My personal journey has been one of struggle with the challenges of Bi Polar 2, diagnosed much later in life after having caused a lot of pain to myself and others, made especially more difficult because I didn’t know why. I’m now approaching 66 and have survived a stem cell transplant for leukaemia.
The journey to get where I am has been huge and although I’ve had a lot of help I can honestly say that Claire stands out as she guides me through both easy and difficult challenges helping me face life with more confidence and see that the mountain isn’t as high as I thought. In fact, you don’t even have to climb it. I’ve spent so much wasted energy believing that the only way to conquer life was to climb that mountain.
My journey with Claire is still in early beginnings but I look forward to exciting new things. One of the best decisions you can make is to realise we all need guidance yet most of us don’t find out till it’s too late. I can say from the bottom of my heart I’m so grateful to have found Claire as my mentor.’
