The Morning After Detox Tonic
Ingredients
1 tbsp Organic ACV
1/2 lemon juiced
Large glass of water
Method & Dietary Recommendations
Squeeze lemon into water
Add ACV
Stir thoroughly.
Drink in the morning 30 minutes before food.
Drink one glass of water upon waking, before the ACV tonic.
30 mins after consuming tonic eat food and ensure a source of protein is included.
